The Problem
You're deep into a long Claude Code session, juggling features, decisions, and things Claude needs you to do. Somewhere along the way, a question gets buried, a TODO gets forgotten, and you're scrolling through hundreds of messages trying to figure out what still needs your attention.
Was there something you were supposed to approve? A setting you needed to change? An idea you wanted to come back to? Before you know it, you're spending more time keeping track of tasks than actually building your app.
The Solution
Todo Flow keeps everything Claude needs from you organized in a todo list right beside your chat. Questions, decisions, approvals, and follow-ups all have their own cards, with the details you need to take action.
Review tasks when you're ready, make decisions, and send your answers directly back to Claude without searching through the conversation. Claude can also handle smaller TODOs as it works, while keeping bigger ideas on the list for you to review later.
Come back to your session knowing exactly what needs your attention, without worrying about what got lost in the chat.
Features
- See everything that needs your attention. Each session gets its own todo list with all the requests, instructions, and links you need in one place.
- Reply without scrolling through chat. Complete tasks, choose options, add notes or screenshots, and send your answers directly back to Claude.
- Make decisions when you're ready. Claude organizes questions on your list and suggests answers, while leaving the final choice to you.
- Review Claude's decisions. See what Claude decided and why, and change its choices if you disagree.
- Never lose track of TODOs. Claude handles small fixes as it works and saves bigger ideas as suggestions you can review later.
FAQs
Does it work with Codex or other agents?
No. Todo Flow is built specifically for Claude Code mod hooks and Artifacts, which Codex and other agents don't support.
Does it run in every session?
No. Todo Flow is off by default. Turn it on for a single session with /todo-flow on, or enable it for all sessions in a project with /todo-flow on always.
