These terms apply to each purchase in the NatashaTheRobot tools store, https://tools.natashatherobot.com.

What you buy

Each item is a zip with the source files of a starter tool. You change the files to fit your work. The item's page lists what the tool does and what it needs, under "What you need".

Each tool comes with the Starter Tool License, in its LICENSE file. You may use, copy and change the tool, for yourself and for your work, in any number of projects. The license is for one person: you. A version that you changed in a significant way is yours. You must not share, publish or sell the tool as it is, or with small changes only.

Price and payment

The item's page shows the price in US dollars (USD). The checkout can show and charge it in your own currency.

You pay through Link, Stripe's checkout. The checkout shows the purchase as "Sold through Link". Link takes the payment, adds the sales tax, VAT or GST where it applies, and sends your receipt. The checkout does not accept buyers in some countries.

Delivery

After the payment, your download page opens with a Download button. We also email you the same link.

A link works for one download. If a download stops, press the button again within 30 minutes. When a link was used, its page has a button "Send me a new link": we email a new link to the address of your purchase, two at most for each purchase. After that, reply to your purchase email.

New versions

If you join the list, you get a download link for each new version by email. It costs nothing more.

To join, use the button "Get new versions by email" in your purchase email or on your download page. Each of those emails has a link that stops them. A new version is a new zip. It does not change the copy that you have.

Your right to withdraw

You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of your payment, and you get your money back.

The right ends at your first download when three things come before it: you asked for the download to start at once, you confirmed that you then lose the right, and we confirmed both to you by email. Without them, the right lasts 14 days.

To withdraw, use the link "Withdraw from contract here" on your download page or in your purchase email, while the right lasts. You can also reply to your purchase email.
