Refunds

Ask within 14 days of your payment, and you get your money back. Your right to withdraw ends at your first download only after you asked for the download to start at once and confirmed that you then lose the right, and we confirmed both by email.

How to get your money back

Before your first download: use the link "Withdraw from contract here" on your download page or in your purchase email. The store refunds you at once.

After a download: reply to your purchase email within 14 days of your payment. NatashaTheRobot refunds you.

The refund goes back to the card or other payment method that you used, with any tax that you paid. A refund stops your download links and takes you off the update lists.

Link, Stripe's checkout, can also refund a payment within 60 days in some cases.

Before you go to your bank

Please write to us first: a refund is faster than a dispute with your bank. A dispute also stops your download links.

The store notes a buyer's email address and card on a list when they get a refund after a download, when they open a dispute with their bank, or when their bank warns of fraud. We can refuse their next purchase.

For buyers in the EU and the UK

You have a 14-day right to withdraw. It ends at your first download only when, before it, you asked for the download to start at once, you confirmed that you then lose the right, and we confirmed both by email. Without them, you keep the right for 14 days after your payment.
