## What happens after you buy

1. **Download.** Download the ZIP, extract the `todo-flow` folder, and share it with Claude Code.
2. **Set up with your agent.** Claude follows `INSTALL.md` and guides you through setup. Start a new session in the Claude desktop app and run `/todo-flow on`.

### Does it work with Codex or other agents?

No. Todo Flow is built specifically for Claude Code mod hooks and Artifacts, which Codex and other agents don't support.

### Does it run in every session?

No. Todo Flow is off by default. Turn it on for a single session with `/todo-flow on`, or enable it for all sessions in a project with `/todo-flow on always`.
